Tickets are free and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are not transferable, cannot be refunded or resold, and have no cash value.
Upon entry to the venue, an optional donation can be made to the charity of the month. Entrance being granted does not require any donation.
Possession of a ticket does not guarantee entrance to the venue. Entrance is fully at the discretion of the venue manager.
Attendees are required to honour the venue code of conduct during the event.
Attendees are welcome to bring small advertising materials (business cards, leaflets, product samples, etc.) to the event. Large advertising materials (roller banners, exhibition stands, posters, etc.) are not permitted without the attendee being a sponsor for the event that month.
